VY Build Multi-purpose Gun Foam

This versatile foam is designed for a range of applications, including fixing and insulating door and window frames, filling gaps and joints, and insulating electrical outlets and water pipes.

• Precise Application: Thanks to its precise application, the VY BUILD IC77 foam allows for economical consumption. It provides high yield, up to 45 liters, depending on the temperature and humidity conditions.
• Fire Resistant: VY BUILD IC77 foam conforms to fire class B3 according to DIN 4102-1, providing an added level of safety and protection.
• Waterproof and Paintable: The foam is mold-proof, waterproof, and over-paintable, ensuring durability and versatility in different environments.
• Wide Temperature Range: This foam demonstrates excellent performance even in extreme temperatures, with an optimal application temperature range between -12°C and +30°C. It offers a tack-free time of 4-6 minutes and a cutting time of 2-45 minutes, depending on temperature conditions.
• Meets High Standards: VY BUILD IC77 meets the requirements of the French VOC for class A+, UL & ULC listed, and AAMA verified component specifications. It also complies with VOC content specifications in LEED credit EQc4.1 “Low-emitting products” of SCAQMD rule 1168.
• Safety Precautions: VY BUILD IC77 foam contains Diphenylmethane-4, 4′-Diisocyanate and should be used with suitable protective clothing and gloves. It should be used in well-ventilated areas, away from direct sunlight and temperatures over 50°C. The pressurized container should not be pierced or burned, even after use.
• Storage and Shelf Life: Properly stored, VY BUILD IC77 foam has a shelf life of 15 months. It should be stored and transported vertically, and left at room temperature for at least 12 hours before application.
• Specifications: With a specific gravity of 19±3 Kg/m3, a dimensional stability range of -1.5% to +1.6%, and a fire class of B3, the VY BUILD IC77 foam delivers reliable performance. It provides a thermal conductivity of 0.036 W/m.k and has a compression strength of 0.03 MPa.
