VY is committed to providing the best products at the best value. If you see a lower advertised price from a qualifying Canadian retail website, we will match the price within 30 days of the original purchase date. Conditions apply. See below for details.
Price Match with a Competitor
Competitor must be an authorized Canadian dealer. We do not price match marketplace and 3rd party sellers on websites such as Ebay or Amazon etc. as example
Item(s) must be identical. Same manufacturer, same model number, same type or generation, same accessories.
Item(s) must be advertised through the competitor’s website and must be in stock.
Any additional shipping or miscellaneous charges that apply to the competitor price will be applied to the transaction
Price Match does not apply to clearance, liquidation, special events, spend and get promotions, bonus items, Black Friday and Boxing Day (or similar sales events) or website errors
We reserve the right to limit quantities and decline price matches that are “too good to be true”, are out of line with normal sales activity for that item, and/or breaking vendor pricing agreements for authorized sellers

VY Build Price Guarantee
Price Guarantee can be applied within 30 days of original purchase date. Bring your receipt and original form of tender to our warehouse and the difference will be refunded. If original tender is unavailable, a gift card will be issued. For online orders, have your order confirmation available

**Note: Price guarantee is not available for special VY Build events. A new separate purchase is required on event days and items previously purchased may be returned at a later date in accordance with the Return Policy.

Online Promotion Exclusions
At the request of our vendors and suppliers, certain brands and items are excluded from general sales and promotions, unless otherwise noted.
Coupon Codes
Any and all coupon codes being issued by VY Build Inc are to be used on the VY build Inc. website and are to be used only once by a customer, unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to refuse the use of a coupon code on any order that we deem to have abused our policy or to have been shared or reused in a manner that it was not intended to be used in. In the case that we need to refuse the use of a coupon code, we will hold the order and get in touch with the concerned person for approval of the new charge before sending the order out.
Warranty
Virtually all of our tools, air conditioning and heating equipment carry a manufacturer’s warranty. For power tools and machinery, the warranty is typically 1 year against manufacturer’s defects, and covers the cost of parts and labour with the manufacturer directly. Hand tools, cutting tools, tool accessories, etc. vary by manufacturer, Heating systems, air conditioning and hot water units is 5 and 10 Years parts only warranty . Please contact us for warranty information on specific products or how best to get in touch with a specific manufacturer to make a warranty claim with them.
Ultimately, we strive for customer satisfaction and are happy to help where we can regarding manufacturer warranty/service issues in a fair and reasonable manner.
