House kits
Pick one of our eleven designs and the openings are already known, so the package has a real price instead of an estimate. The kit covers the complete Drutex window and door set for that plan, SPC flooring for the whole floor area, and the house plan itself. Walls, roof and mechanicals are quoted separately.

Why VY Build
We import the building envelope — windows, doors and flooring — direct from the manufacturer in Poland and land it in Charlottetown. Nothing is a stock size: every window and door is built for the opening it goes into, in your choice of triple or double glazing and over thirty veneer and RAL finishes. For contractors that means no reframing to suit a catalogue, and for self-builders it means a single supplier for the whole envelope.
Trade supplies we keep on the shelf in Charlottetown — PVC trim and sheet, composite decking, spray foam, flashing tape, heat pumps and ventilation. Sold by the pallet at trade pricing.
