You reserve a spot for free, place a binding order with a 50% deposit by 15 November 2026, and the container is expected to land in February–March 2027. The balance is due before release in Charlottetown.

How a Container Run works
Reserve a spot, free. Choose “Container Run (pre-order)” on a product page and send the reservation, or ask for a quote on the bulk quote page. Reserving costs nothing and does not commit you to buy.
Place a binding order. When you are ready, we send an invoice for the 50% deposit. Binding orders are accepted until 15 November 2026.
The container lands. We expect it in February–March 2027 and tell you as soon as we know the date.
Pay the balance and collect. The balance is due before release in Charlottetown. Pick up at 27A Third Street, or ask us about delivery.
Two channels, two prices
Most products in the run are sold through two separate channels, each with its own price: ex stock in Charlottetown and the Container Run. The two prices belong to two separate channels; neither is a discount on the other. The product page shows the channel next to every price. Single heat pump units are sold out until the container lands.
What is in this run
Mini split heat pumps: VY-12S, VY-18S, VY-23S, VY-12, VY-18 and VY-24, sold in lots with the minimum quantity shown on each product page.
HEADLAND tire changers: Container price and ex-stock price are shown on each product page.
The landing date is an expectation, not a promise: we expect February–March 2027. Reserving is free and non-binding, and a deposit is only due when you place a binding order. If you want to know how a delay would be handled before you order, call (902) 629-6699 and we will answer in writing.
How does the deposit work?
A binding order takes a 50% deposit against an invoice. The balance is due before release in Charlottetown. Reserving a spot does not take a deposit.
Does reserving cost anything?
No. Reserving is free and non-binding. We contact you to confirm quantities and details, and a binding order only happens when you say yes.
Can I buy a single heat pump now?
Single heat pump units are sold out until the container lands. Container Run lots have a minimum quantity, shown on each product page. For other products, the product page lists the ex-stock price and the container price as two separate channels.
What warranty applies?
HEADLAND machines: The 1-year HEADLAND warranty is included and takes effect once you register your machine at https://vybuild.ca/warranty-registration/. Heat pumps: five years on parts and ten years on the compressor when registered within 60 days of installation; the terms are on the same registration page.
Pickup or delivery?
Pickup is at 27A Third Street, Charlottetown, PE. Delivery is available on request; ask for a delivery quote when you reserve.
