This used to be a complete house kit. We now supply the part we do best — the windows, the doors, the flooring and the plan — and leave the structure to your builder. Why we changed.
This plan is the one exception on the shop: it has no published price. We have never drawn up a window and door schedule for the Flex 626, so we will not print a fixed figure and then revise it after you have made plans around it. Send us the drawing you want built and you get a real quote, usually within two working days.

The plan comes with the kit as a full drawing set, in the wall system you choose. What we need back from you is confirmation of the openings — then we price it.

How to get a price
Send us the elevations and the opening sizes you want — or just tell us you want the 626 as drawn and we will take the sizes off the plan ourselves. Either way you get a line-by-line quote, not a lump sum: every window with its size, its glazing and its price, the way the other kits on this shop publish theirs.

The 0.94 figure is the laboratory result for the tested unit. Uw moves with the size of each opening, so we quote the value for your actual sizes.

The flooring
SPC rigid-core click flooring for the whole plan is part of the quote, in one of the two colours we keep in stock in Charlottetown. SPC is the rigid construction — about 70 % limestone core, flat over an uneven subfloor, fine with radiant heat and damp rooms.
Any other design in the range, or LVT-DB in place of SPC, is possible but needs a full pallet: 980 sq ft minimum per colour, and it ships with the next container rather than from the shelf. Say so in your enquiry and we will price it. See the full range.
Stick frame or OSBLOCK
The plan is drawn twice and you choose which set arrives: conventional 2×6 stick framing, which is what almost every crew on the Island already builds, or OSBLOCK™ R32 insulated block. The openings are identical either way. VY Build no longer supplies OSBLOCK blocks directly, but we will put you in touch with the supplier.
Lead time
Six to eight weeks from order confirmation to delivery on the Island, ocean freight included. Flooring ships from stock in Charlottetown.
Certification
All Drutex window lines are certified in the NFRC Certified Products Directory and we quote those values without reservation. The IGLO PVC lines were removed from the NRCan ENERGY STAR Canada list in August 2026; Drutex has confirmed that re-applications are filed. We are not making ENERGY STAR claims for these windows until they are listed again.
